Location

Ginestra is situated between Castiglione del Lago and Chiusi on the Umbria/Tuscany border, and is ideally placed for guests wishing to do some sightseeing in central Italy.

There are some beautiful hill towns within an easy 15 to 20 minute drive, but for those wishing to venture further afield the A1 Autostrada is just 20 minutes away.

The main North-South railway line is only 10 minutes away, and from the station at Chuisi you can get to anywhere in Italy and beyond. Rome (100 miles) and Florence (80 miles) can easily be reached within a couple of hours by either train or car.
