The Gardens

Ginestra sits on a ridge in a quiet and secluded valley, the house and gardens enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding countryside towards Monte Cetona in the distance. Numerous pleasant walks can be taken from the house through woodland or olive groves, some of which involve fairly steep tracks. Mushrooms abound in the Autumn, and the cuckoo calling in the Spring is magical.

The mature gardens feature a large 13m x 6m pool. As this is 1.2m deep in the shallow end and 2.5m deep in the deep end it is not suitable for young children. A table tennis table and badminton equipment are also available to guests.
