The ground floor features a kitchen, utility and dining room, and a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher and fridge, and there is a second fridge in the larder. There is also a washing machine in the utility room.

Doors open from the dining room onto a covered logia with a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
